Biography: David Dotlich, former executive vice president of Honeywell and Groupe Bull, is an independent consultant and executive coach whose clients include Johnson & Johnson, Nike, Sprint, BellSouth, and Arthur Andersen. He teaches in executive education programs at the University of Michigan and Minnesota and lives in Portland, Oregon.
James Noel is vice president of executive development for Citibank. Prior to that, he was manager of executive education and leadership effectiveness at General Electric and has served in executive positions with Burlington Northern, Santa Fe Railroad, and Phillip Morris. He lives in New York City.
