Biography: Mohamed Zairi is the SABIC Professor of Best Practice based at the University of Bradford Management Centre. He heads the European Centre for TQM and is the Editor In Chief of five journals including The International Journal of Benchmarking Quality Management and Technology. Professor Zairi is also the Chairman of the European Best Practice Benchmarking award.
