Biography: Max H. Boisot is Professor of Strategic Management at ESADE, Barcelona. He is also Poh Seng Yeoh Research Fellow at the Sol Snider Entrepreneurial Center, The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania; Senior Associate at the Judge Institute of Management Studies; and Visiting Fellow at the Management School, Imperial College, London.
He is the author of
Information and Organizations: the Manager as Anthropologist (1997),
East-West Collaboration: the Challenge of Governance in Post-Socialist Enterprises (1994), and
Information Space: a Framework for Learning in Organizations, Institutions and Cultures (1995).
