Biography: Sandra Weintraub began Management Resources over twenty years ago as a training and management development consulting firm, specializing in developing executive and supervisory skills and, more recently, ideation seminars to create new products and services.
She has provided management training for many Fortune 500 educational, and governmental organizations, and she has served as an adjunct professor in management skills at Brandise University. An inventor of novelty and household products that received worldwide publicity, she has also been an invited speaker to many organizations such as the Product Developers and Management Association, The American Creativity Association, and an
Industry Week Magazine conference, among several others. She was also a requested speaker at DuPont"s Oz Network, a forum where leading thinkers on creativity are invited to address their members.
Her publications include several articles on Management Training in professional journals. Following her studies on dreams with Dr. Arthur Bernard of The Dream Center in Van Nuys, CA, she also published several articles on how dreams have been an integral part of the creative process for hundreds of years.
