Biography: Wendi R. Bukowitz conducts research and develops programmes in the area of knowledge management, intellectual capital measurement, and corporate responsibility. She has participated in such landmark knowledge management initiatives as Arthur Anderson's Global Best Practices KnowledgeSpace, the Knowledge Imperative Symposium, the Brookings Institution Working Group on Understanding, and the Organization of Economic Cooperation and Development's Symposium on Measuring and Reporting Intellectual Capital. Wendi is currently a Director with the Intellectual Asset Management practice of Price WaterhouseCoopers in Chicago. She resides with her family in Pittsburgh.
Ruth L. Williams' varied career has spanned a number of business sectors, from publishing and marketing communications to research and management consulting. She has directe4d multi-client studies in a range of areas, including knowledge management, on-line communities, next-generation leadership and collaboration with such leading organizations as Motorola, Shell Oil, Anheuser-Busch, Kaiser-Permanente, Ford Motor Company and Sun Microsystems. Ruth is currently Co-Director of Next Generation Research Group, Arthur Anderson Business Consulting, and resides in Chicago, Illinois. Ruth is now a Director with Price WaterhouseCooper's Intellectual Asset Management Practice. She lives in Chicago Illinois.
