Biography: Karl Erik Sveiby, currently a visiting research fellow at Queensland University of Technology in Brisbane, Australia, is a principal of Knowledge Management. he was also Executive Chairman and co-owner of Edonomi+Teknik Forlag. Sveiby joined this company in 1979 as a partner and member of the management team and helped it develop into one of Scandinavia's most successful publishing companies.
For the past 15 years Sveiby has been writing about "knowledge and business." Regarded internationally as a pioneer in the emerging research field of managing knowledge intensive organization, Sveiby is one of Scandinavia's best-known management consultants. he is the author of seven books, including the best-selling
